NIC has a well-managed library to facilitate its students and faculty with the best literature in the technical and non-technical arena to help them in teaching, learning and research activities. Each individual is encouraged to avail himself/herself of this facility.

Laboratory

NIC has a high standard lab with the latest equipment in order to enable science students translate their theoretical knowledge into application through the labs.

Computer and Internet

NIC has a well-equipped computer lab with Internet facilities, so that the students have an opportunity to make extensive use of the computer in doing their home assignments, research works and projects.

Web-site Information

This is the age of information technology and information sharing has become a necessity for every one. With this need in mind, NIC too has created its own web site from where information about the college can be accessed.

Hostel & Transportation

NIC has managed hostel facilities on its own for the students coming from all over the country. Likewise, the college has its own transportation facilities for the students of the valley. Students at NIC get to realize that extra-curricular activities are an integral part of their life to expose their hidden talents. Taking this into consideration, NIC releases an annual calendar of extra-curricular activities. With active participation of students, it organizes sports meet, cultural shows, literary competitions, and debate programs. The college regularly publishes a bimonthly bulletin "POLYANTHUS" and annual magazine "PATHFINDER"- with the active participation of teachers and students.

ALUMNI

The Ex- students of NIC formed their Alumni Association – the Society of Ex-NIC Students (SENIS) in Mangshir 2061. This aims to create an everlasting bond between the NIC family and all the ex-students through various programs and activities. Currently SENIS is developing a book-bank in association with NIC Library. In the near future they are coming up with different programs in NIC. NIC is eager to work with its Alumni and encourages all the outgoing students to join SENIS.

Teaching Faculty

The real strength of the educational institution lies in the quality of regular faculty. NIC has a well-experienced teaching faculty in all the subjects it offers. The promoters being the teachers from various disciplines, regular teaching with a greater sense of responsibility is the uniqueness of NIC teaching faculty. In addition to the regular faculty, guest lectures are offered on topical and practical issues.

Linkages

Its link with other national and international institutions and authorities is an additional asset contributing to NIC's academic and overall development.

Finance

Its financial resources consist of the investment of the promoters, fees and donations mobilized by NIC.
