NIC is organized and operated by academicians who are experienced in teaching, and skilled in all the functional areas of management. And it is governed by an Executive Committee, formed by General Assembly of Promoters, who have a long association with education in Nepal. The committee has academic linkages with experts of other countries and will be benefited from their counsels too. NIC also takes the suggestions from the students and their guardians as valuable inputs for improving management system.

NIC has a round the clock security staff. No outsiders are allowed to enter the college premises without permission. Visitors need to be informed about the stipulated time for visiting their wards.

Admission Procedure

The students seeking admission are required to fill up a form providing the necessary information. The form need to be submitted with the copies of mark-sheets, character/transfer certificates. They are required to sit for the entrance test conducted by the college. Students will be enrolled on merit basis of the score of the previous level examination, entrance test and the interview.

Evaluation system

The academic performance of the students is assessed by monthly, terminal and sent-up tests. The percentage of attendance and marks scored are attached to the eligibility criteria for appearing in the Board Examination. In this regard, 80% annual attendance and an average score of 40% has to be secured by the students in all internal examinations. There is a provision of "re-test" for students, who are unable to appear in the internal tests on valid reasons. NIC also evaluate all the works and activities of the students throughout the academic session along with their regularity, punctuality, discipline and participation in various college activities. And their performance record too is well maintained, and their parents/guardians consulted if necessary. There is a system of student counseling in the college after each test in order to help them improve their performance. Discipline

Students at NIC are to comply strictly with the rules and regulations of the college (which includes hostel and transportation). Necessary actions are taken by the college management incase of failure in complying with the rules and regulations. However, NIC is aware of the fact that the imposition of rules and regulations on students in the name of discipline should not block their creativity – the free flow of ideas from their healthy, inquisitive and productive mind.

Uniform

Students are required to wear uniforms of specified colour and material in order to maintain a certain degree of uniformity and identity. Details about the uniforms can be obtained from the college administration.
